Welcome to writingtools4all! This all began with one student who needed some 'assistive' technology support. It spread from one student, to other teachers, to many students and now to you. Please continue spreading the word and the tools and the knowledge.Cheryl Oakes is a Collaborative Content  Coach for Technology in the Wells Ogunquit Community School District, where she has been in the field of technology for about 14 years. Prior to that she was a Special Educator in the Sanford School System. Technology can be a great equalizer for our challenged learners. Join in and with some of these tools create your own toolkit. If your students are over the age of 13 they can have their own toolkit too. We will share lots of great ideas, work examples and many things you can use on Monday.

Beth Goodwin is a Special Educator at Wells Junior High School where she teaches 7th and 8th graders with learning disabilities. She has a Master's Degree in Special Education and is the SPED Team Leader at her school. When she is not at school she can be found paddling around Wells Harbor or high tech treasure hunting with her GPS.
